Business Automation System (BAS), digitalization system, developed for the Prosperity Party Oromia Branch Officially Launched. A digital system- Business Automation System (BAS), prepared for the activities of the Oromia branch of the Prosperity Party, has been officially launched in Addis Ababa. The system was developed by OTech Engineering and Technology Solutions. Many government officials, technology experts, and invited guests attended the launching ceremony. The BAS system is designed to transform tasks that were previously performed manually into a modern digital system in order to speed up membership services and the administrative operations of the party. The Chief Executive Officer of OTech, Engineer Amansisaa Darajjee, stated during the inauguration that the BAS system will play a significant role in digitalizing the party’s operations. “The system integrates National ID (NID) and Telebirr services, which helps create transparent membership services and ensures reliable data security,” he said. According to his explanation, the BAS platform enables digital membership registration, allows members to pay their membership contributions electronically, and facilitates communication with members through IVR, Robocall, and SMS to deliver timely and secure information. In addition, it helps issue membership identification cards quickly and easily. It was also stated that the system will help solve previous challenges related to data management and delays that had been occurring.
